What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate daily repair orders and technician schedules
- Help ensure parts, labor, and communication are running smoothly
- Support techs and admin staff to maintain a high-efficiency, high-quality shop
- Assist with customer updates, estimates, and job closeouts
- Track KPIs like labor efficiency and shop profitability
- Learn from seasoned pros and grow into a full leadership role ????
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in diesel repair or service management
- Strong organizational skills and a get-it-done attitude
- Computer literate and comfortable with shop software (we use FullBay)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Prior experience in fleet, dealership, or truck repair preferred ????
