We use Reynolds Service Touch to greet take our clients concerns and create repair orders in the Service Drive. You need to be well versed in warranty policy and procedures.

Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Take ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled. Qualifications Organized and friendly personality Maintain a high level of CSI compared to a group of 23 dealers. Time management skills a must. Fantastic communication skills with your customers. Communicating with every client daily keeping them informed of vehicle status. Write up client vehicle’s in the drive using a Microsoft Surface Pro Keep a labor GP percentage of 80% or higher. Take payment and use the active delivery process when the client is picking up their vehicle. Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
