Automotive Service Advisor Davis Nissan of Jacksonville 1726 Cassat Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32210 Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and customer service, with the ability to effectively communicate service recommendations and build lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival. Assess customer needs and provide accurate service recommendations based on vehicle condition. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance. Prepare detailed estimates for services including oil changes, alignments, shocks, struts, and other automotive repairs. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of services rendered. Follow up with customers regarding their service experience and address any concerns or questions. Maintain a clean and organized service area to enhance customer experience. Experience Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry. Familiarity with automotive repair processes, including oil changes, alignments, shocks, struts, and general maintenance. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services effectively. Experience in cash handling and managing financial transactions. Knowledge of auto service management systems is a plus.
