KIA Master Technician:

Conferring with customers or service advisors to obtaindescriptions of vehicle problems and discussing work to beperformed. Examining vehicles by providing professional level inspectionsto determine wear and extent of damage or malfunctions. Assisting technicians with their skills, providing technicalsupport when needed and monitoring performance andproductivity. Repair and maintain all automobiles in the Nissan productline Adequately note/document completed repairs and concerns thoughADP/CDK Testing and adjusting required systems to meet manufacturers’performance specifications. Ensuring that the shop is in excellent condition in regard tocleanliness, safety, and equipment condition, and conductingperiodic spot checks to maintain high-quality service. Test-driving vehicles and testing components and systems usingequipment such as infrared engine analyzer, compression gauges andcomputerized diagnostic devices. Qualifications/Requirements•

KIA Master Technician:

Must have KIA Master Technician Certification Extreme focus must be put on customer satisfaction! ASE Certification by The National Institute of AutomotiveService Excellence in all 8 automotive specialty areas (enginerepair, engine performance, heating and air conditioning,electrical systems, automatic transmissions, manual transmissionand axle, brakes and front end) At least five years of experience as an Automotive ServiceTechnician. Be willing to work extended hours when necessary to achievegoals. Adhere to the highest ethical standards. Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high levelof customer service. Computer skills. Must supply own tools (special/job-specific tools and equipmentprovided by the dealership) Must hold a valid driver’s license.
