KIA Master Technician:

Conferringwith customers or service advisors to obtain descriptions ofvehicle problems and discussing work to be performed. Examiningvehicles by providing professional level inspections to determinewear and extent of damage or malfunctions. Assisting technicianswith their skills, providing technical support when needed andmonitoring performance and productivity. Repair and maintain allautomobiles in the Nissan product line Adequately note/documentcompleted repairs and concerns though ADP/CDK Testing and adjustingrequired systems to meet manufacturers’ performance specifications.

Ensuring that the shop is in excellent condition in regard tocleanliness, safety, and equipment condition, and conductingperiodic spot checks to maintain high-quality service. Test-drivingvehicles and testing components and systems using equipment such asinfrared engine analyzer, compression gauges and computerizeddiagnostic devices. Qualifications/Requirements•

KIA MasterTechnician:

Must have KIA Master Technician Certification Extremefocus must be put on customer satisfaction! ASE Certification byThe National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence in all 8automotive specialty areas (engine repair, engine performance,heating and air conditioning, electrical systems, automatictransmissions, manual transmission and axle, brakes and front end)At least five years of experience as an Automotive ServiceTechnician. Be willing to work extended hours when necessary toachieve goals. Adhere to the highest ethical standards. Teamoriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level ofcustomer service. Computer skills. Must supply own tools(special/job-specific tools and equipment provided by thedealership) Must hold a valid driver’s license.
