Key Responsibilities:

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic automotive maintenance with precision and efficiency, following dealership and factory standards. Diagnose vehicle issues and perform necessary repairs. Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and install optional equipment as specified by the customer or dealer. Inspect and test drive newly delivered vehicles for damage and missing components. Report machinery defects or malfunctions to the supervisor and maintain dealership tools and manuals. Communicate effectively with the Parts Department and service advisors to ensure timely and accurate service. Ensure vehicles are kept clean and in optimal condition, reporting any discrepancies immediately. Uphold high safety and ethical standards, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Perform other duties as assigned to support dealership operations and objectives.

What We Need:

High school diploma or GED required; automotive technical training or certification preferred. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Automotive repair and maintenance experience preferred. Strong willingness to excel and learn is essential. ASE certification preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and work in various physical conditions. Capability to inspect and perform repairs, including bending, stretching, kneeling, and squatting. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must pass a background check and hair follicle drug screen.
