In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality automotive service and repairs directly at customer locations. You will utilize your expertise in diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working on a variety of vehicles. Your ability to deliver exceptional customer service and technical proficiency will be key to your success in this position. Responsibilities Perform mobile diesel repairs and maintenance on-site at customer locations. Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques. Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively to complete repairs. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems and recommend solutions. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle’s needs. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during each visit. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Skills Proven experience as a Service Technician or Mechanic in an automotive environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficient in diagnosing vehicle issues accurately. Experience with diesel engine repair. Ability to weld and perform various mechanical tasks as needed. Knowledge of diesel service best practices and safety protocols. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
