Escambia County Public Schools is looking for an energetic and inspiring Automotive Service Teacher at Tate High School to shift students into high gear—technically and professionally. This isn’t just a teaching job. It’s a launchpad for future ASE-certified pros who will keep America moving.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-octane instruction in automotive systems—from brake repair to diagnostics—with real-world tools and projects. Prepare students for in-demand certifications (ASE and more), making them workplace-ready by graduation. Promote safety and precision in a fully equipped automotive lab where students learn by doing. Build bridges with local auto shops and dealerships to connect students to internships, mentorships, and job shadowing opportunities. Foster problem-solving, confidence, and curiosity in students of all backgrounds and learning styles.
