In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint finishes to various automotive parts, ensuring quality and attention to detail. Your work will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering top-notch recycled auto parts. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary. Apply paint using airless spray equipment and other techniques to achieve a high-quality finish. Inspect painted surfaces for quality assurance and make necessary touch-ups. Collaborate with the auto body repair team to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards. Assist in the selection of appropriate paints and materials based on project requirements. Requirements Proven experience as a painter in the automotive industry or similar field. Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools related to painting. Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques is essential. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work. Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
