Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance after 90 days Responsibilities Traveling to dealerships for on-site cosmetic repair. Assisting in Inspecting vehicles to be painted for repair. Assisting in Prepping and/or buffing defects. Assisting in Mixing paint to specific color using standard formulas or color charts. Assisting in Painting, sanding, masking, blending and/or polishing finish and retouching as needed. Qualifications Need to have a valid driver’s license & Legal Employment Verification Ability to interact with co-workers and customers. Must be detail oriented. Must be an active listener and exercise sound judgment. Must be a good multi-tasker. The ability to follow complex instructions is a plus. Should have ample knowledge of safety precautions. Work Environment Must be able to work with strong detergents and chemicals. Time is spent working outside in both hot and cold weather conditions. Must be willing to wear gloves and eye and ear protection.
