The ideal candidates will have to commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role involves attending the window, making basic coffees and packing food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Take customers orders. Pack and bag food. Prepare beverages Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the food preparation area. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and customer transactions. Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and upselling menu items when appropriate. Ensure that all food items are stored properly and adhere to safety regulations. Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during busy periods. Follow all health and safety guidelines in the kitchen environment. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; experience in cafés, kitchens, or grocery stores is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is desirable. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
