What We Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plans Paid holidays and vacation time Paid training and on-the-job learning including ASE and state inspection certification reimbursement Ongoing career development and advancement opportunities Responsibilities Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency following all dealership and factory standards Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to assess systems Repair and maintain key systems: engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, A/C, and more Work closely with Service Advisors to provide timely updates and repair estimates Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications Communicate with the parts department for required components Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Ensure accountability for dealership tools and equipment Qualifications Previous experience at an automotive dealership High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check Willingness to learn new technologies and repair procedures Strong physical dexterity and ability to use hand and power tools Excellent communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and customer-first mindset Basic computer literacy Reliability and punctuality are a must Why Marianna Chevrolet GMC?
