Ideal candidates will have a basic understanding of vehicle prep and painting processes and a strong desire to grow within the industry. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing vehicles for painting: cleaning, sanding, masking, and taping surfaces. Support the application of primers, base coats, and finishing coats using spray equipment. Maintain a tidy and organized work area both on-site and in mobile service units. Travel to customer locations throughout Central Florida and nearby areas to complete on-site refinishing. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a consistent standard of high-quality work.
