RV Service Technician Integrity RV Services Clermont, FL Job Overview My name is Devin Burton and I own Integrity RV Services LLC which is currently mywife and I repairing RVs and making videos for social media. Last year, the social media videos took off and now I get more calls than I can handle by myself. Currently looking for someone to come on board and help us grow this business! Seeking a skilled and dedicated RV Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and have experience with various repair techniques and tools. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide high-quality service. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in RVs, Perform repairs and maintenance on RV components such as air conditioners, refrigerators, water heaters, and other 12V and 110V essential systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and installations. Conduct diagnostics to identify problems accurately and efficiently. Assist with heavy lifting of parts up to 100lbs and equipment during repairs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, and recommendations. Qualifications Must provide your own vehicle, insurance, and tools. Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive or RV repair preferred. Familiarity with RV structural repair techniques is a plus (roofs, floors, siding, etc.) Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to perform solo heavy lifting as required during repairs (up to 50 pounds). Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues. Basic knowledge of 12V and 110V electrical systems in RVs is a must. A valid driver’s license is required; additional certifications related to RV or automotive repair are a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally. Pay Structure and Benefits >>RV experience is preferred, but we will train the right person. Hourly rate is based on experience< This is a mobile on-call position from 8am-8pm Monday- Friday. We work with you too not schedule appointments when you have other obligations(kids, family, etc) You will start your day, and head to your first appointment, from your residence. No daily commute to the office! We pay 60% of the each travel fee directly to the technician for every appointment ($99 travel fee within 35 miles, $2.99/mile over 35 miles) We have a thriving social media presence on Facebook and Tiktok and we can show you how to earn your additional income on social media while you work for us!! This is a flat-rate position. You will be payed based on the hours billed to the customer, not based on your time on site. Hourly rate from $30-$80/ flat rate hour based on your experience level and your ability to work unsupervised Diagnostics are included in the travel fee. As a professional technician you are expected to be able to diagnose most issues within 5 minutes or less. Example of a typical week : 7 appointments – 12 total billed labor hours for the week 7x($99×0.6)= $415.8 12 labor hours x $43.75(typical level 1 RV Technician)= $525 $525 + $415.80 = $940.80 average weekly income before taxes and deductions •These numbers are estimates, and in no way a guarantee of future earnings. You will get out of this job precisely what you put into it. I'm turning down about 10-20 appointments every week. I may also need assistance with roofs and floors from time to time, and in those weeks you can expect to bring in 20-30 labor hours or more.
