Certified Technician or Certified Automotive Trainer whose passion is training others to learn your skills ASE preferred Possess amazing people skills, will be self-motivated, will have a strong and desire to be successful Have strong recruiter/communicator Possess the skills to influence young persons to entertain a career as an Automotive Technician career. Responsibilities and Tasks:
Take any interested person and develop their skills from a ground level to a functional “C” level technician Give trainees the understanding of the basic dynamics and operation of a vehicle while guiding their way through proper care and maintenance a vehicle Explain the dealership service repair process and the importance of the services they provide Provide a thorough understanding of the job description and opportunities they have committed to execute Train the proper use of equipment, safety, surroundings, schedules, and team work Train the entry level technician to learn and comprehend manufacturers service bulletins and training modules Help trainees have a better understand the brand they will be working on and the specific brand technology they will be servicing
