Full Job Description About Us:

AW Collision is a reputable and growing auto body repair shop committed to quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and a team-first culture. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Collision Repair Painter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality refinishing of collision-damaged vehicles. Mix, match, and apply paint according to manufacturer specifications. Mask and tape vehicles to prepare for paint. Sand, prime, and prepare surfaces for painting. Inspect and ensure painted surfaces meet quality standards. Maintain and clean spray guns and paint booth equipment. Work collaboratively with estimators, body technicians, and other team members to meet production timelines.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in automotive painting or collision repair painting. Familiarity with waterborne and solvent-based paints. Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus.
