In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their automotive service needs while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will leverage your expertise in automotive repair to provide accurate information and recommendations, enhancing the overall service experience. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs. Provide detailed explanations of services required, including diesel engine repair, brake repair, oil changes, and other automotive repairs. Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition. Schedule appointments and manage the workflow within the service department. Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history. Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Ensure a clean and organized service area for optimal customer experience. Experience Proven experience in automotive service management or as a mechanic is preferred. Familiarity with air brake systems, brake repair techniques, and general automotive repair practices. Strong sales skills with a focus on upselling services to enhance customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to align customer expectations with service capabilities while maintaining transparency.
