The Sales Representative will utilize Salesforce software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. Duties Manage assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets. Utilize Salesforce software for tracking customer interactions, managing leads, and reporting on sales activities. Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business through direct sales efforts. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive buying experience. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve selling techniques. Qualifications Proven experience in inside sales or direct sales roles is preferred. Familiarity with territory management principles and techniques. Strong understanding of retail sales processes and upselling strategies.
