We are currently seeking a dedicated Tire Technician to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service. This position requires relocation to Fort Myers, FL. Relocation is not paid be company. Responsibilities Perform maintenance, changes, and repairs on tires for commercial semi-tractor trailers and heavy equipment. Respond to service calls both on the road and in the shop yard. Operate company service truck. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles and equipment, reporting damages and necessary repairs. Report accidents, injuries, or mechanical failures to appropriate personnel promptly. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as a Tire & Lube Technician (preferred). At least 2 years of experience with Service Truck (preferred). Ability to listen and follow directions. Willingness to work in all types of weather conditions, exposed to hot, humid and wet conditions. Exposed to fumes, and heavy dust. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and for long hours. Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures. Ability to lift 75 lbs., climb a ladder, and work at heights of 15 feet. Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 90 days.
