Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs. Provide detailed explanations of services required, including brake, wheel bearing, and CV axle services. Manage the service process from start to finish, including scheduling appointments and following up on completed services. Maintain clear communication with technicians regarding customer requests and vehicle issues. Effectively communicate service options and concerns. Address customer inquiries and concerns with exceptional customer service skills. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and service history. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive service management or as a service advisor is preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and experience. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients. Proficiency in service writing and auto estimating software is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly to customers.
