Job Summary:
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the key liaison between our customers and our service team. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending services, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will be crucial in building customer relationships and driving service sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns and needs. Provide accurate and detailed service recommendations based on customer input, vehicle inspection, and diagnostics. Schedule appointments and manage service workflow efficiently. Communicate effectively with technicians and customers about service updates and vehicle status. Prepare and present service estimates and invoices to customers. Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of services provided and customer interactions. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive service advising or a similar customer service role is preferred. Some knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes is helpful. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in using service software and digital communication tools. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service. High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification is a plus.
