What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking motivated, skilled technicians who take pride in their work and are ready to be part of a close-knit team. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, with a passion for European vehicles, continuous learning, and superior service. You should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably in European car repair, but we welcome technicians from tire or retail automotive shops looking to take the next step in their careers.

Key Qualifications:

• 3-5 Years of Experience in automotive repair, preferably with European vehicles like Mercedes and BMW.

• Diagnostic Software Knowledge:

  Familiarity with Ista, Xentry, or Autologic is a plus.

• Technical Expertise:

  Experience with CAN systems, coding, and programming BMW or Mercedes vehicles is preferred.

• ASE Certifications (a plus): Advanced Drivability, Steering and Suspension, Heating and AC, Electrical.
