Responsibilities:
Evaluate vehicle damage and determine the necessary repair approach. Perform body repairs including dent removal, frame straightening, and panel replacement. Replace or install new parts such as bumpers, windows, and body panels. Operate repair tools and equipment including welders, grinders, and spray systems. Ensure all work meets our high-quality and safety standards. Collaborate with other technicians and departments to meet repair timelines.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Automotive Body Technician or in a related field. Skilled in using body repair tools and understanding repair procedures. Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and technical documentation. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Physical stamina and manual dexterity required for repair work. Valid ASE certifications. Miami-Dade County License (Structural or Non-Structural) required. I-CAR certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
