⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Automotive Service Advisor for European Repair Shop (Miami) ‹ image 1 of 1 › 7368 sw 42nd st compensation: Weekly base salary plus a commission on monthly sales employment type: job title: Automotive Service Advisor We are looking for an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor Service Advisor responsibilities are listen to the customer’s complaint, enter the information into the system, conducting visual inspections & take pictures of the vehicle, coordinate the work with each technician, prepare estimates, order parts for each vehicle, schedule appointments, verifying insurance or warranty, deal with suppliers, so being courteous and friendly is essential, also need to be able to handle customer complaints diplomatically and politely.
AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF PROVEN EXPERIENCE & FLUENT ENGLISH & SPANISH IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
