$29.6K – $38.9K a year 18 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Heavy lifting Mid-level Driver’s License Driving Direct support Courier Full Job Description Job Overview We are currently seeking experienced Delivery Service Provider (DSP) partners or small fleets in the MIAMI(MIA) area to deliver e-commerce small parcels. Compensation is based on the number of successfully delivered parcels. Pay-Per-Delivered Parcel Car fleet/DSP are compensated based on each successful delivery, allowing for unlimited earning potential with no cap on earnings. Competitive Compensation We offers highly competitive rates—equal to or higher than industry standards—to ensure car fleet/DSP are well rewarded. Small and Lightweight Parcels Deliveries consist only of small and lightweight parcels, ensuring convenience and efficient delivery processes for drivers. Use of Owned/Leased Vehicles Drivers may use their own vehicles for deliveries, providing flexibility and cost-efficiency. Training and Support Albatross provides comprehensive training and ongoing support to all DSP partners and their independent contractor drivers to ensure high-quality service and seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a network of Independent Contract Drivers (ICDs) with access to delivery vehicles Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation and safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as a
DSP /CAR
FLEET or in a courier/delivery role Previous work experience with companies such as UNIUNI, Piggy, OnTrac, GoFor, etc. is a strong plus
