Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics, intricate repairs, and routine maintenance on high-end vehicles. Provide leadership and mentoring to other technicians, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Work with cutting-edge diagnostic equipment to achieve precision in every task. Ensure all work adheres to manufacturer standards and dealership protocols. Communicate clearly with clients, explaining technical details and providing expert advice.

What we need from you:

ASE certifications are required, with brand-specific accreditation in Ford or Lincoln highly preferred. Proven experience working with luxury or high-performance vehicles. Strong technical knowledge of advanced diagnostic tools and systems. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A commitment to professionalism, customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality work.
