We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Mechanic to join our manufacturing plant in Opa Locka, FL. As a Vehicle Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing various types of vehicles used within the manufacturing facility. $42,000 – $52,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 5 AM – 2

PMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilities Regular attendance is required for optimal job performance. Must have own tools. Troubleshoot forklift issues (brakes, electrical, hydraulics), identify problems, safety issues, and malfunctions. Perform routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance on forklifts and company van. Interpret manufacturer’s manuals, ascertain correct part numbers for repairs. Maintain comprehensive forklift repair and PM logs. Troubleshoot and repair electrical industrial carts, test chargers and batteries. Solid knowledge of brake systems and tire/wheel changes. Work on LP, gas, and diesel systems. Replace broken parts from stock or order replacements. Reassemble forklifts, make necessary adjustments for safe operation. Conduct safety inspections, clean equipment and work areas. Ensure compliance with safety requirements. Maintain an organized work area. Complete legible service documents and logs for PM tasks.
