Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Enhancement Technician to join our mobile detailing team. This role specializes in advanced vehicle enhancement services, including paint correction, ceramic coating applications, and window tint installation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automotive surface treatments and a commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform paint correction services, including wet sanding, compounding, and polishing to remove imperfections and restore vehicle finishes. Apply ceramic coatings to protect and enhance vehicle surfaces. Install high-quality window tint films with precision and attention to detail. Inspect vehicles before and after services to ensure quality and client satisfaction. Safely operate and maintain specialized tools and equipment. Travel to client locations using a company-provided vehicle. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in paint correction, ceramic coating application, and window tint installation. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Basic knowledge of chemistry related to automotive coatings and detailing products. Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and every other Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Strong attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
