Job Summary The Service Advisor serves as the liaison between customers and our automotive technicians. This role involves understanding customer vehicle concerns, scheduling service appointments, providing cost estimates, and ensuring all repairs are completed to satisfaction. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, high-level multi-tasking abilities, automotive knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
