Automotive Service Porter Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Orlando, FL 32822 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services while ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet customers upon arrival and assist them with their needs, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Drive vehicles safely within the dealership premises and park them as required. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling duties. Assist with valet parking services, ensuring vehicles are parked securely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including washing and detailing vehicles as needed. Provide support to service technicians by delivering vehicles to designated areas promptly. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure high-quality guest services. Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and reporting. Requirements Previous experience in a dealership or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles safely. Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers is advantageous. Knowledge of retail math concepts is a plus for managing inventory effectively. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
