As the company Mechanic, you will repair and maintain all of the company vehicles and equipment. You will be responsible for setting up and running an organized shop. This will include setup and maintenance of a preventative maintenance program. The ideal candidate is skilled in communicating with fellow employees, to get to the bottom of equipment and vehicle issues they might be experiencing to ensure operations run smoothly and without disruption. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair vehicles and equipment coming into the shopCarry out routine vehicle and equipment maintenance tasks Maintain an organized shop and work areaImplement and maintain a preventative maintenance programConduct in-depth vehicle and equipment inspections Create repair estimates and timelines and convey information to operations manager in an easy-to-understand mannerMaintain accurate repair shop records and paperwork
