In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. You will utilize your expertise in automotive repair and service management to assess customer needs, provide recommendations, and ensure a seamless service experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage service operations will be essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Duties Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival. Assess customer needs by listening to their concerns regarding vehicle performance and maintenance. Provide detailed explanations of required services, including oil changes, tire services, alignments, shocks, struts, and other automotive repairs. Prepare accurate service estimates and maintain clear communication with customers throughout the service process. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards. Manage service writing tasks, including documenting customer interactions and service recommendations. Promote additional services and products through effective sales techniques while ensuring customer trust. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Requirements Proven experience in automotive repair or auto service management is preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components, including tire service, oil changes, alignments, shocks, and struts. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers. Sales experience in an automotive setting is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Proficiency in using computer systems for service writing and managing customer records.
