With a team of skilled and experienced technicians, we offer a wide range of repair and maintenance services, including brake repair, oil changes, engine diagnostics, and much more. We are currently seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor, Assistant Automotive Service Advisor and Customer service representative to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our automotive service department.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and evaluate their needs for automotive services and repairs Provide accurate estimates and explanations of services needed, and answer any questions or concerns they may have Schedule appointments for service and repairs, and communicate the status of their vehicle throughout the process Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history, using our computerized system Liaise with mechanics and technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of service and repairs Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge, to ensure a high level of expertise in customer service and sales

$12.00 – $20.00 per hour
