What You’ll Do:

Clean and maintain residential swimming pools (we’ll teach you everything you need to know!) Manage your own route after 1 month of paid hands-on training Keep pools sparkling, equipment running smoothly, and customers happy Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, and you can start the pool route early if you prefer to finish sooner. Routeswill vary but generally you can expect to work 7-8 am to 3pm-5pm. This depends on the amount of pools you service and how fast you are.

How Your Pay Adds Up:

An avergae technician can manage 60-75 pools per month, with 4 visits per pool . This gives you the potential to earn $2,600 – $3,600 per month with performance bonuses based on customer satisfaction and on-time pool completion.
