RV Rental & Detail Technician Tropical RV Adventures 3608 East Industrial Way, Riviera Beach, FL 33404 Job Summary Tropical RV Adventures is seeking a hands-on, customer-friendly RV Rental & Detail Technician to join our growing team in West Palm Beach, FL. In this dynamic role, you’ll help prepare and maintain our fleet of RVs, assist customers with their rentals, and ensure every vehicle is road trip-ready. From cleaning and detailing to providing RV training and support, you’ll play a vital part in creating unforgettable travel experiences for our renters. No RV experience? What You’ll Do This isn’t your average job—your days will be dynamic and rewarding. You’ll help prepare RVs for family road trips, deliver an unforgettable customer experience, and keep our fleet clean and adventure-ready.

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm
• Inspect RVs before and after rentals
• Train customers on how to use their RVs (don’t worry—we’ll teach you!)
• Clean, detail, and sanitize interiors and exteriors (think wheels, waxing, polishing!)
• Restock and re-equip RVs with supplies
• Manage cleaning and maintenance schedules
• Move RVs around the property with care
• Maintain shop cleanliness and safety
• Enter rental contracts into our software system
• Support other operations as needed Other tasks:

• Support RV maintenance and repairs

• Are organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Can communicate clearly and professionally
• Are mechanically inclined (a plus, not required)
• Have previous experience with RVs, detailing, or towing (a bonus!
