Full Job Description Description:

The Service Coordinator is responsible for handling incoming calls to the Service Drive, answering customer questions, making service appointments, taking messages for Service Advisors and providing customers with status updates.

Major Duties:

1. Handle incoming calls to the

Service Drive:

answering customer questions, making appointments, take messages for Service Advisors, inform customers of status of their vehicles. 2. Greet Service Customers when entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude, answering any questions, and/or directing them to the appropriate person or location. 3. Utilize Text2Drive when communicating with customers. 4. Assist Service Advisors on follow up calls to customers on the status of their vehicles or notify when vehicle is or will be ready for pick up. 5. Thorough knowledge of products and services offered at Schumacher Auto Group. 6. Must work with flexible scheduling including Saturday availability 7. Work with the management team to be informed of any changes in company/manufacturer policies. 8. Be an excellent CSI Liaison for the service department for any issues. 9. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. 10. Follow all safety and security procedures.

Requirements:
Level of Education:

Grade 12 Experience required: Call Center, Customer Service, Operator, Receptionist, Admin Asst.
