Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Products. Must be organized and have a strong ability to multi-task. Candidate will be ordering parts as requested by our mechanics and for our regular inventory stock. Entering work orders into our software program and following up to ensure all work orders are completed and closed out properly in the system. Monthly reporting on all work orders with labor hours and parts. Hours are 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Occasional half day on Saturday as needed if the workload requires.
