We’re seeking a Full-Time Automotive BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our dynamic team and help drive our dealership’s success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is confident speaking on the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments Make outbound calls to follow up on open recalls, declined services, and routine maintenance reminders Confirm upcoming appointments and maintain an accurate service schedule Communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure a smooth customer experience Enter customer information and appointment details into the CRM system with accuracy
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in a call center, service BDC, or customer service role preferred Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using scheduling and CRM software Positive, professional attitude and a team-first mindset
