Required Qualifications:
Stellantis training level 2 and up Experience with advanced diagnostic procedures Exceptional integrity of work performed Commitment to ethical business practices Desire to be a part of a transparent and honest company Own their own tools needed for daily work Valid driver’s license Ability to perform comprehensive inspections on every vehicle Reliable transportation Pay structure: Weekly flat rate pay, bonus to hourly rate at 45 hours and 55 hours. Level 3 technicians receive 20% increase in pay when working on any Mopar warranty lines. Level 2 technicians receive 10% increase in pay when working on any Mopar warranty lines. CP time is based on Mitchell, our stores are not forcing warranty time on CP repairs. Maintenance is paid at full rate with set clock hours for each service. $4.50 per multi-point inspection.
Schedule:
Technicians will work a five-day work week, working every third Saturday with a week day off on their Saturday work week. Service is open Monday – Friday from 7:30am-5:30pm and Saturday from 7:00am-4:00pm
