We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Business Development Center Representative (BDCR) to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

As a Service BDCR , you will play a key role in driving service department growth by engaging with current and potential customers, scheduling service appointments, and following up on leads. Your efforts will directly support service team productivity, customer retention, and dealership success.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contact existing and prospective customers via phone, email, text, or CRM to schedule service appointments. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance and repair services. Follow up on declined service recommendations and missed appointments. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system. Collaborate with the service advisors and management to optimize scheduling and improve the customer experience. Assist with promotional campaigns, appointment reminders, and customer satisfaction follow-ups. Achieve or exceed daily and monthly contact and appointment goals.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer service, sales, or call center environment (automotive industry preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Friendly, energetic, and persuasive personality with a strong customer-first attitude. Bilingual skills are a plus.
