Looking for competent proven individual who understands the importance of being punctual and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto service management and possess excellent leadership skills. Duties

• Manage daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and customer service
• Provide guidance and training to service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
• Oversee automotive diagnostics and repairs, including complex mechanical issues
• Handle service writing, estimates, and invoicing
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to increase service department profitability
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote automotive services Skills
• Proficiency in automotive service management
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to suspend diesel engine repair
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience in service writing and managing a team of mechanics
• Familiarity with automotive sales processes is a plus
