Fleet General Service Technician 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 2651 State Road 60 W, Bartow, FL 33830 We are a dedicated team seeking a dependable and skilled Fleet General Service Technician to join our team. If you have a background in auto shop services and take pride in maintaining vehicles to the highest standards, we want to hear from you.

Job Duties:

1. Assist with moving equipment into and out of the shop, including to and from external repair shops. 2. Thoroughly clean and inspect vehicles before assignment to fleet users. 3. Perform basic preventative maintenance services on trucks, trailers, and crane service support equipment 4. Perform minor repair work (i.e. tire replacement, lights, etc.) 5. Maintain a clean facility environment by sweeping, taking out the trash, perform basic maintenance, etc. 6. Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and inspections on shop equipment. 7. Other duties as assigned

Education:

A high school diploma or GED is required;

Experience & Skills:

6-12 months of general auto shop general service experience. Clean Driving Record Requires solid written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exposure to, and willingness to learn, more advanced mechanical diagnostics and repair procedures. PC literacy (Microsoft Office) are required Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to multi-task Must successfully complete a criminal background check, physical, drug screen and E-verify At Mazzella, we’re more than just a company
