We’re a dynamic, growing agency looking for a talented and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a 440 license to join our team.

Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced CSR to: Assist clients with their insurance needs, including auto and home insurance. Cross-sell additional products and coverages to existing customers. Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals. Accurately enter and maintain data in our quote rating software (EZLynx). Ensure compliance with all agency and state regulations. Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Cross-sell auto and home insurance products to existing and new clients. ✅ Create policy endorsements and process changes efficiently. ✅ Enter and maintain accurate client information in EZLynx. ✅ Collaborate with agents and producers to support sales goals. ✅ Utilize Google Suite tools for daily tasks, file management, and client communication. ✅ Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries.

Qualifications:

440 insurance license required (must be active). Previous experience in an insurance agency environment preferred. Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.). Experience using EZLynx is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
