What You’ll Do:

Lead safety, risk, fleet, and environmental programs across all Del-Air locationsOversee incident investigations, claims management, and compliance (OSHA, ADA, DOT, EPA)Manage property, liability, and workers’ comp claims with HR and legal teamsDirect company-wide fleet operations, including vehicle safety, procurement, and telematicsDrive emergency preparedness and risk mitigation planningTrain teams on safety procedures, regulatory changes, and risk best practicesServe as the liaison with OSHA and other regulatory agencies✅

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years in risk, safety, or environmental health leadershipOSHA 30 required; OSHA 500/501, CSP, ARM, or CRMA a plusProven experience promoting safety culture and leading cross-functional initiativesStrong knowledge of insurance, compliance, fleet, and emergency planningExcellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skillsProficiency in MS Office; Spanish speaking a plusValid driver’s license + ability to pass background & drug screening????
