Flat Rate:
$30-$45 per ged hour ???? Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm | No Weekends Now hiring experienced technicians at a family-owned shop trusted for 46+ years! Mr. BestWrench is a high-volume, full-service repair facility looking for A and B-level technicians ready to take their career to the next level. What We Offer:
Flat rate pay: $30-$45/ged hour based on experience & certifications Weekly guarantee: 30 hours at $30/hour minimum
Bonus:
$5/hr extra for 46+ ged hours in a week Health insurance Paid time off & holidays after 90 days Modern shop with new equipment and high car count ASE certification reimbursement Family-owned and operated — not a chain or franchise ????
Your Role:
Perform diagnostics and repairs on all makes/models Handle advanced repairs: brakes, suspension, HVAC, engine work, drivability Assist with digital inspections and quality control Maintain a clean, organized bay Collaborate with service advisors and teammates ????
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an A/B level tech Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license & clean record Must have your own tools ASE certifications a plus ????
