Automotive Service and Parts Advisor Commuter Cars 6420 South Us Highway 1, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34952 Overview We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Representative and Parts specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their experience. You will leverage your expertise in automotive service to provide accurate information, facilitate communication between customers and the service manager, and contribute to a positive dealership atmosphere. Duties Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive service needs. Have Great computer skills and be ability to find the best parts online through multiple companies. Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services while ensuring transparency with customers regarding costs. Maintain a clean and organized service area to enhance customer experience. Follow up with customers while there vehicle is at our service Dept and post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Utilize strong customer service skills to build lasting relationships with clients. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and dealership offerings. Experience Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Familiarity with auto estimating software is highly desirable. A background in sales within the automotive industry or dealership environment is a plus. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
