Requirements:
Duties/Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic evaluations of RVs to identify problems or maintenance needs. Repair and replace electrical, plumbing, heating, and mechanical components in various RV systems. Inspect and test RVs to ensure they meet quality standards and safety regulations. Perform routine maintenance on RVs, including oil changes, tire inspections, and brake checks. Communicate clearly with Service Writers and customers to explain repair work and maintenance needs. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Stay up to date with the latest RV technology and repair techniques. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients. Work closely with the team to ensure efficient operations and quality repairs. Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an RV Service Technician or in a similar role is required . Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of RV systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and chassis. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up 50 lbs. frequently. Must be able to bend, kneel, crouch, squat, and stoop for extended periods of time to access vehicle components. Ability to work in confined spaces, such as under RVs or inside tight compartments. Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours or more) and walk throughout the workday. Ability to climb ladders and work on elevated platforms or rooftops. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination necessary to handle hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to perform repetitive tasks and fine motor skills while handling small parts or tools. Good vision and hearing are required for diagnosing problems, reading diagnostic tools, and ensuring quality control. Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (sun, rain, wind, etc.). Willingness to work in environments that may be noisy, dusty, or dirty, with appropriate protective equipment.
