The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive service, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers’ vehicles through thorough inspections, repairs, and maintenance. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete repairs. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle’s needs and repair options. Assist in heavy lifting as required during the repair process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to automotive service. Experience working in a dealership environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics to troubleshoot vehicle issues accurately. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during repairs and maintenance tasks.
