This brand-new state-of-the-artfacility is scheduled to open in September 2025. Interviews willbegin in August 2025.We are looking for technicians/mechanics whoare energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. Thetechnicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to toughproblems with a strong passion for doing whats right for ourguest.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fixvehicles for our guest Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic acrossa wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicleinspections Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concernsquickly and effectively Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness,and organization Work closely with the service department and effectivelycommunicate customer concerns Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meetdeadlines, and deliver distinguished results

Qualifications Qualifications:

Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest 3+ years of experience as an automotivetechnician/mechanic ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models ofvehicles Meet or exceed hourly goals Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes Professional appearance and strong communication A desire for long-term career development

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above theirhead Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicles neededrepair Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use handtools Walk/stand for the majority of their workday Drive manual transmissions vehicles Efficiently navigate a computer Additional Information Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simplepremise of providing precision auto repair with transparency,integrity and a philosophy of people first.
