You will assist with the installation and repair of paint protection film and other automotive accessories. We concentrate working directly with auto dealerships in a given area. We specialize on install paint protection film on the edge of doors, inside pocket of door handles and top area of rear bumpers. Installation is quick and easy. Each vehicle takes approximately 6-8 minutes to install. Experienced installers can install approximately 25-75 cars on any given day, averaging 5-6 cars per hour. Weekly pay averages from $600 – $1,200. Starting rate is $20.00/hour plus the opportunity for piece rate/bonuses. Mobile Clear Shield provides full training. The training process can range from 2 weeks to a month. This is contingent on how fast the trainee can retain the skills, quality, and process of installing our products. Part of the training consists of learning how to use our application which is done through an iPhone (best to have one, we will pay $15 per month just for having one). Other skills that are part of the training process are, teaching our technicians the ins and out of working in a dealership environment.
Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and clean work environment Perform routine preventative maintenance Track all film and supplies Perform other duties as assigned Seeking some one who is comfortable working outdoors Must be able work in a organized manner Able to work 5-6 days a week Ability to meet their weekly quotas Must communicate with team Needs to have a personal vehicle to commute Opportunities to travel
Qualifications:
Previous experience in working outdoors, installation of paint protection film or vinyl wraps and decals is a plus but not necessary, or other related fields Ability to handle physical workload Ability to work well in teams Ability to prioritize and multitask Must have basic math knowledge Must be physically fit to be able to crouch, kneel or bend down while working on specific vehicles Auto Dealership experience is a plus but not mandatory “Tech savvy” is able to work with a smart phone.
